Endocrine disruptors (EDs)-polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and bisphenol-A (BPA) have been associated with increased risk of breast cancer (B.Ca). In Nigeria, there is increase in breast cancer incidence. This has been attributed to increased use and exposure to EDs. ABSTRACT
Objective:
To assess the evidence of the effects of knowledge and perception of health insurance on the willingness to enrol and
utilize health insurance among clienteles using tertiary health services.
Method: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. The instrument was a pre-tested, semi-structured self administered
questionnaire. Descriptive statistics as well as chi-square test and regression analysis were done to show statistically

The effect of cortisol on blood glucose in frogs is well
established. However, the role of adrenergic receptors in
cortisol-induced hyperglycaemia is not known. The present
study investigated the role of adrenergic receptors in the
mechanism by which cortisol increased blood glucose in
toad (Bufo-regularis).

BACKGROUND: Burkitt's lymphoma is a high grade childhood malignancy that is
endemic in tropical countries. Performance status is one of the prognostic indices used in
lymphoid malignancies. Late presentation resulting from illiteracy and poverty may
