The research work is to determine the feasibility and viability of establishing a new soap manufacturing firm in Shomolu-Bariga area of Lagos State.  From investigation, it has been revealed that customers around Shomolu-Bariga of Lagos State Area are not satisfied with the quality of soap available in the market.  Besides, most of the soap manufacturing firms in Lagos are sited in more popular areas like Ikeja, Lagos Island, etc.  Therefore, the significance of this project or feasibility study is to bring succor and relief to Somolu-Bariga inhabitants through the provision of quality soap to be called Beauty Soap.  More importantly, the aim of this study is to find out whether it will be technologically, financially, economically and legally feasible and viable to establish a soap manufacturing firm in Shomolu-Bariga Area of Lagos State of Nigeria.
