This work is part of an ongoing research work carried out to eliminate election irregularities in Nigeria. This developed application, which we tagged “VotingApp”, for the proposed work was simulated using web related applications.   VotingApp is secured application software for organizing voting and voters’ registration exercise. VotingApp was designed to also allow Nigerians in the Diaspora to participate and vote in all national elections from outside the country. The software was developed taking into consideration security lapses and threat observed in several recent studies in electronics voting. The data base contains data of aspiring candidates to be voted for, registered voters, eligible voters captured in the VotingApp administration and vote cast by registered voters. The web software application is adaptable, flexible and friendly with most operating systems, working environment and networks. Test results so far showed that future elections in Nigeria can be conducted successfully without multiple votes by a voter and thus eliminate election irregularities.
